Where can I find my tracking information?
Customers who place online orders for delivery on muji.ca will receive an automated email and/or SMS confirmation with their order tracking number once their order has been shipped out.
By clicking or tapping on the tracking number, you can access the courier's website for detailed tracking information. If customers use the Shopify Shop app, they can use the app to keep track of shipment updates.
Has my package shipped?
I have received my order confirmation email, but I have not received my shipment notification
It is likely your package has not been shipped out yet. If 5 business days has passed, and you have not received any updates regarding any delays associated with any of the products in your order, please contact our E-Commerce team for confirmation. Please note that delays may arise during high-peak periods, such as the holiday season. We will announce any service delays through our website at muji.ca.
I have not received my order confirmation email, and I have not received my shipment notification
Customers are responsible for checking their junk and spam folders if they cannot find their order notifications in their main inbox. If you cannot find any records that your order has been made, please use our contact form or email us directly at online@muji.ca as soon as possible for confirmation.
I received my tracking number but the website/app shows it cannot be found
It can take up to 12 hours for tracking information to update on weekdays. As MUJI only ships orders out on weekdays, if you receive your tracking number on the weekend, please wait until Monday afternoon for the tracking information to update.
