The MUJI Online team is aware of the online store's potentially confusing UX for customers. We are currently working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
At this time, MUJI's online store is available to all Canadian residents, except for Quebec, due to bilingual product labelling issues.
When browsing muji.ca, on each product page, please note the section that indicates the inventory levels for the province you are in.
As shown in this example photo, this item is available in both British Columbia and Ontario for delivery and curbside pickup.
If an item is available in British Columbia (MUJI Metrotown) but not available in Ontario (MUJI Atrium), the website will allow you to still add the item to your cart, but when you arrive at the checkout page where you enter your personal details, you will receive an error like the one you may have received.
As shown in this example photo, this item is only available in Ontario, for curbside pickup at MUJI Yorkdale and MUJI Markville.
Please note that MUJI Atrium (ON) and MUJI Metrotown (BC) are the only locations that can fulfill delivery orders, so you will be limited to the location closest to your shipping address. In addition, you will be limited to the inventory of one store; that is to say, if you order from MUJI Metrotown for one item, all of the other items you order must be available at MUJI Metrotown as well. This is a system limitation that the online team is working on.
MUJI Metrotown can fulfill delivery orders for customers in North and West Canada:

- Saskatchewan
MUJI Atrium can fulfill delivery orders for customers in East Canada:
- Manitoba
- Ontario
- New Brunswick
- Nova Scotia,
- Prince Edward Island
- Newfoundland and Labrador
